Your chosen apartment will include kitchen appliances, laminated and cushion flooring, a utility room, a bathroom, lots of closet space, dining and living room combination as well as bedrooms with electric heating and room-to-room thermostats.  You may choose to have air conditioning as well.  You will always be close to either of two elevators or four staircases.
